目的:探讨围产儿弓形虫、巨细胞病毒、衣原体、解豚支原体宫内感染与围产儿的质量。方法:采集1800例孕妇的静脉血及其孕妇TOX-IgM、CMV-IgM、CT-IgM、UU-IgM抗体阳性者的周产儿脐血,用ELISA法检测血清中抗TOX-IgM、CMV-IgM、CT-IgM、UU-IgM抗体。结果;孕妇血弓形虫、巨细胞病毒、衣原体、解脲支原体阳性率分别为9.3%、5.9%。7、1%、6.5%。孕妇抗 TOX、CMV、CT、UU-IgM抗体阳性者518例次(共346人),围产儿脐血 TOX、CMV、CT、UU-IgM阳性147例次(共120人),母婴间传播率为28.4%,宫内感染120人中围产儿异常者26例,其发生率21.7%。四种病原体IgM抗体阴性者围产儿1680例异常204例。发生率12.1%。结论:胎儿宫内感染TOX、CMV、CT、UU可使围产儿异常率升高,质量下降。
Objective: To investigate the quality of perinatal Toxoplasma gondii, cytomegalovirus, chlamydia, intra-uterine infection of porcine dolphin and perinatal children. Methods: Umbilical cord blood from 1800 pregnant women and TOX-IgM, CMV-IgM, CT-IgM and UU-IgM positive pregnant women were collected. Serum anti-TOX-IgM and CMV-IgM , CT-IgM, UU-IgM antibody. Results The positive rate of blood toxoplasma gondii, cytomegalovirus, chlamydia and ureaplasma urealyticum in pregnant women were 9.3% and 5.9% respectively. 7,1%, 6.5%. 518 pregnant women with TOX, CMV, CT and UU-IgM antibodies were positive in pregnant women (total 346), and TOX, CMV, CT and UU-IgM were positive in perinatal pregnant women The rate was 28.4%. There were 26 cases of abnormal perinatal infection in 120 women with intrauterine infection, the incidence rate was 21.7%. The four pathogens IgM antibody negative perinatal 1680 cases of abnormalities in 204 cases. The incidence of 12.1%. Conclusion: Fetal intrauterine infection TOX, CMV, CT, UU can increase the rate of perinatal abnormalities, the quality decline.
