随着电力系统的迅猛发展,电力工程项目投资不断增加,在市场经济的条件下工程项目产生风险的因素及风险发生的可能大大增加,过去传统的电力工程项目管理方法已不能适应现代企业发展的需要,工程项目需要规范、更加科学的方法去管理,因此工程项目风险分析及对策就成为必然的要求。现结合电力市场及输变电工程项目的特点和建设程序,利用风险分析的理论和方法,结合浙江省杭州市500kV仁和输变电工程的实际情况,在项目管理、站址选择、经济、法律等方面进行了全面细致的风险分析;并针对该工程各阶段存在的风险,提出了一些风险管理对策,仅供参考。

Combining with the characteristics and construction procedure of electric power market and power transmission and transformation project, using the theory and method of risk analysis, combined with the actual situation of 500kV Renhe Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the project management, site selection, economy, law And other aspects of a comprehensive and detailed risk analysis; and for the various stages of the project risks, put forward some risk management measures for reference purposes only.
