学生的进步和发展是课堂有效教学的核心,研究学情和教学过程创新,把学生的差异性视为教学资源,是当前提升课堂教学有效性的关键,然而,教师在如何凸显学生学习主体性办法和手段方面的缺失,仍需要不断强化校本教研的内涵,深化教学过程创新研讨,完善课堂教学评价机制。因此,如何进一步提升课堂教学效率,有效教学管理乃是学校管理改革提高的中心任务。
