林木育种的实践表明,对亲本的表型选择需要根据子代的表现对亲本的遗传价值作出合理的评定,这就是子代测定。子代测定的方法由交配设计方式的不同,使用的材料也不同。其中比较简单,而一次能测定多个无性系,信息快的还是优树自由授粉的子代测定。子代测定可以提供一般配合力的估量,也能估算部分遗传参数。为此,我们用优树自由授粉子代苗为材料,从生长和抗性两个方面测定,进行了主分量分析。
