为促进外掺MgO混凝土的推广应用,对MgO混凝土的自生体积变形与压蒸膨胀变形的变化趋势及其相关性进行了试验研究,发现外掺MgO的一、二级配混凝土自生体积和砂浆压蒸膨胀变形均随着MgO掺量的增大而增大,但超过安定掺量后砂浆的压蒸膨胀变形急剧增大,而混凝土自生体积变形无明显急剧增大的现象,与砂浆试件的压蒸膨胀变形无密切相关性。研究结果表明,以水泥砂浆试件的压蒸膨胀率不超过0.5%来确定混凝土中的MgO安定掺量,虽然安全,但偏于保守。
In order to promote the popularization and application of concrete doped with MgO, the trend of self-forming volume deformation and pressure-expansion of MgO concrete and its correlation were studied. It was found that the self-generated volume and mortar pressure Steamed expansion deformation increases with the increase of MgO content, but the compressive expansion deformation of mortar increases sharply when the content of stabilized alumina exceeds that of mortar. However, no significant and sharp increase of self-generated volume deformation of concrete is observed. Pressure steaming deformation is not closely related. The results show that the compressive expansion rate of cement mortar specimen does not exceed 0.5% to determine the amount of MgO in concrete stability, although safe, but conservative.
