广西龙水金矿石含碳质页岩较多,浮选流程获得的金精矿过滤困难,需要干燥,生产成本高。为此,我们进行改善浮选工艺和采用重选流程选别金矿石的试验,获得相似指标。重选流程获得的金精矿含碳1.01%,比浮选精矿减少2.52%,有利于过滤和硫脲提金工艺。同时,不使用浮选药剂,成本低。我们认为,对本矿区的矿石而言,重选流程是值得进一步研究和推荐的。龙水金矿矿床产于寒武系浅变质含碳砂页岩接触带附近的断裂带,是由含金黄铁矿石英脉蚀变的压碎岩组成的。矿石脆,易泥化,金属矿物与脉石比重差大。
There are more carbonaceous shale in Longshe Gold Mine in Guangxi, and the gold concentrate obtained in the flotation process is difficult to filter and needs to be dried, resulting in high production cost. To this end, we have conducted tests to improve the flotation process and the selection of gold ore using the re-election process, obtaining similar indicators. The gold concentrate obtained from the re-selection process contains 1.01% of carbon, which is 2.52% less than that of flotation concentrates, which is good for filtration and thiourea leaching. At the same time, do not use flotation reagents, low cost. In our opinion, the re-election process is worthy of further study and recommendation for the ore in this mining area. The Longshui gold deposit, which is produced in the vicinity of the contact zone of the Cambrian metamorphic carbonaceous sand shale, is composed of crushed rocks altered by quartz veins containing golden iron ore.
