相思子毒素是从豆科植物 (AbrusPrecatoriusL .)种子中分离的一种细胞毒性蛋白。它由A ,B两条链组成 ,由一个二硫键相连 ,B链具有半乳糖凝集活性 ,可与细胞膜上受体结合 ,帮助A链进入细胞内 ,A链进入细胞催化 6 0S大亚基的 2 8SrRNA的第 4 32 4位脱去腺嘌呤而使 6 0S核糖体亚基失活 ,从而使细胞蛋白合成被抑制。本文综述了有关相思子毒素的分子结构特点、毒性机制和在临床中的应用前景
Acacia Toxin is a cytotoxic protein isolated from the seeds of leguminous plants (AbrusPrecatorius L.). It is composed of A and B chains, which are connected by a disulfide bond. The B chain has the activity of galactose agglutination and can bind to the receptor on the cell membrane to help the A chain enter the cell. The A chain enters into the cell to catalyze the 60S big subunit The 283rd position of 288SrRNA off the adenine and 60S ribosomal subunit inactivation, so that cellular protein synthesis is inhibited.
