采用弹性地基板理论分析了道面板应力的主要影响因素,修正了公路标准轴载下路面板的应力计算公式,得到了飞机荷载下道面板的应力计算公式形式。采用正交设计法对道面结构参数进行安排,计算了不同道面结构在各种类型飞机荷载下道面板的应力。采用非线性回归方法对应力计算值和飞机荷载参数与道面结构参数进行分析,得到了单轮飞机荷载下水泥混凝土道面板的应力计算公式。对单轮飞机荷载应力计算公式引入荷载圆半径修正系数,并采用多元非线性回归方法,得到了双轮和双轴双轮飞机荷载下道面板的应力计算公式。利用荷载叠加原理得到多轴多轮飞机荷载下道面板应力计算公式。误差分析结果表明:回归应力计算值与有限元应力计算值相对误差不超过2%,应力计算公式具有较好的精度。
The main factors that influence the stress of pavement slab are analyzed by using the theory of elastic base plate. The formulas of stress calculation of pavement slab under highway load are modified. The pavement structure parameters are arranged by orthogonal design method, and the stress of pavement slabs under different types of aircraft loads with different pavement structures are calculated. Nonlinear regression method was used to analyze stress calculation value, aircraft load parameters and pavement structure parameters, and the stress formula of cement concrete pavement slab under single-wheel aircraft load was obtained. The formula of load stress of single-wheel aircraft is introduced into the correction formula of load circle radius, and the stress calculation formula of the double-wheel and double-axle aircraft under load is obtained by multivariate nonlinear regression method. By using the principle of load superposition, the formulas for calculating the stress of pavement under multi-axle and multi-wheel aircraft loading are obtained. The results of error analysis show that the relative error of regression stress calculation and finite element stress calculation does not exceed 2%, and the stress calculation formula has better accuracy.
