目的 :探讨核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑瘫儿童康复治疗过程中的应用及对运动功能的影响。方法 :将60例痉挛型脑瘫儿童随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组采用传统的运动训练疗法,每日1次,每次均为40分钟。观察组在此基础上加10分钟核心稳定性训练。治疗前后采用粗大运动功能量表GMFM-88项进行评估对照。结果 :治疗6个月后,两组患儿的GMFM评分均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05),观察组提高幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :核心稳定性训练能有效提升痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动时的躯干控制能力与平衡能力,改善运动功能。
Objective: To explore the application of core stability training in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy and its effect on motor function. Methods: Sixty children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). Control group using traditional sports training therapy, 1 times a day, each time for 40 minutes. The observation group added 10 minutes of core stability training on this basis. Before and after treatment with coarse motor function scale GMFM-88 items to assess the control. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the GMFM scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). The improvement rate of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Core stability training can effectively improve the trunk control ability and balance ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy and improve motor function.
