合金化是防止银变色的重要途径之一,利用显微金相分析、色度测试、硬度测试等手段研究镓的添加对银表面的抗变色性能以及表面硬度的影响。结果表明:在925银中加入镓后能够有效地提高银的抗变色性能,但由于镓的添加只能形成粗大的析出相,并不能提高合金的硬度,甚至会导致硬度下降。因此镓的添加量不宜超过0.5%(质量分数)。
Alloying is one of the important ways to prevent the discoloration of silver. The effects of gallium addition on the discoloration resistance and surface hardness of the silver surface were studied by means of microstructure analysis, chromaticity test and hardness test. The results show that the addition of gallium to 925 silver can effectively improve the anti-discoloration property of silver. However, the addition of gallium can only form a coarse precipitated phase and does not increase the hardness of the alloy or even reduce the hardness. Therefore, the addition of gallium should not exceed 0.5% (mass fraction).
