从概念的重新界定、方式的适用性及开展的基础条件三个方面来探索校本教研的有效与现实之策略。校本教研是中小学教师的一种生活方式、对自己教学的理解方式和反思方式。校本教研方式的选择要考虑到文化因素及地域因素,采取巩固常规方式、拓展新的方式和进行优化组合的策略。中小学教师在具备一定的闲暇时间、在文化生活中认可了新课改所倡导的校本教研的理念、掌握了校本教研的方法并在和其他学校教师的交流之中,才可能有效、现实地开展校本教研活动。
This paper explores the effective and realistic strategy of school-based teaching and research from three aspects: the redefinition of concepts, the applicability of methods and the basic conditions. School-based teaching and research is a way of life for primary and secondary school teachers, their way of understanding and reflection on their own teaching.
