本自动测试系统是对铸造过程中的 V 级物理模拟量,运用 TP801单板机,外围设备及系统软件实现“机电仪”一体化,进行铸造过程中各种数据采集和数据处理的研究成果。该测试系统虽然涉及的是测定温度(用十进制显示和打印)但亦适用测定铸造过程中的其他参数如压力、速度、变形及流量等,展现了微机自动测试的特点:速度快、精度高及成本低的优越性。对铸造过程的工艺参数自动测试和控制有着重要的经济效益和实用价值。
The automatic test system is a V-level physical simulation of the casting process, the use of TP801 single-board machine, peripherals and system software to achieve “mechanical and electrical integration”, the casting process in a variety of data acquisition and data processing research results. The test system, although it involves measuring the temperature (displayed and printed in decimal), is also suitable for measuring other parameters in the casting process such as pressure, speed, deformation and flow. It shows the characteristics of microcomputer automatic testing: fast speed, high precision and Low cost advantage. It has important economic benefits and practical value to automatic test and control of process parameters in casting process.
