首次将纳米 Al2 O3 作为弥散增强相应用于热喷涂领域中 ,先将其与 Ni基自熔性合金粉制成复合粉末 ,然后用氧 -乙炔焰热喷焊工艺制备出复合涂层。研究了不同分散剂、液体介质、混合方式等对涂层耐磨性能的影响。实验表明 ,最佳工艺得到的复合涂层其耐磨性为单纯涂层的 2倍
For the first time, nano Al 2 O 3 was used as a dispersion enhancement in the field of thermal spraying. The composite powder was first made into a composite powder with Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder, and then a composite coating was prepared by oxy-acetylene flame spray welding. The effects of different dispersants, liquid medium and mixing methods on the wear resistance of the coatings were studied. Experiments show that the composite coating obtained by the best process has a wear resistance of twice that of pure coating
