提出一种单轨道运输车机械系统的设计方案。针对如何让运输车在单条钢轨上保持平动而不转动和保持轮轨之间的横向夹持等技术问题,设计了利用PID控制算法对车斗进行自平衡控制的液压伺服控制系统和利用伺服反馈方式进行夹持控制的液压控制系统,并结合实际工况从功能上验证了机械系统设计的正确性和可行性。
Proposed a single track truck mechanical system design. Aiming at the technical problems such as how to keep the truck moving on a single rail without turning and maintaining the lateral clamping between the wheel and rail, a hydraulic servo control system which uses PID control algorithm to control the bucket self-balancing is designed. Feedback control of hydraulic clamping system control, combined with the actual conditions from the functional verification of the correctness and feasibility of mechanical system design.
