1病例报告患儿男,3岁,因眼睑水肿10d,伴咳嗽、发热3d,于2013年1月17日入院。患儿入院前10d无明显原因出现双眼睑水肿,曾在我院门诊查血、尿常规未见异常,给予阿莫西林颗粒、抗病毒颗粒等治疗,无明显疗效。入院前3d又出现咳嗽、发热,体温最高39.5°,以眼睑水肿原因待查收入院。查体:体温36.5°,意识清楚,精神、反应正常,活动自如。颈部 1 case report Male, 3 years old, due to eyelid edema 10d, with cough, fever 3d, on January 17, 2013 admission. There was no obvious cause of double eyelid edema 10d before admission in our hospital. There was no abnormality in urinary routine examination in our hospital. No significant effect was found in the treatment of amoxicillin granules and antiviral granules. 3 days before admission cough, fever, body temperature up to 39.5 °, to eyelid etiology to be admitted to hospital. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 °, awareness, spirit, normal reaction, activities freely. neck
