目的:探讨电针(EA)对犬幽门扩约肌压力的调控作用,及其与血浆生长抑素(SS),一氧化氮(NO)的关系.方法:采用胃压测量仪及放免分析法、生化法同步监测电针不同穴位前后犬(n=5)幽门压力、频率,血浆中SS,NO的变化.结果:电针足三里穴后幽门扩约肌总压力、基础压(P<0.05)、频率下降(P<0.05),血浆SS含量下降(P<0.05),NO上升(P<0.01).电针上巨虚穴后幽门扩约肌总压力、基础压下降、血浆NO(P<0.05)含量上升,但变化趋势不如足三里组明显.其它组无显著变化.结论:电针可使犬幽门压力、频率下降,这可能为针刺调控胃肠功能的重要途径,这种作用与影响血浆中与幽门扩约肌压力相关的某些活性物质含量有关,并具有一定的经络和穴位特异性.
Objective: To investigate the regulation effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on the pyloric sphincter pressure of dogs and its relationship with plasma somatostatin (SS), nitric oxide (NO). Methods: The gastric pressure and radioimmunoassay were used to monitor the changes of pressure and frequency of pylorus and the changes of SS and NO in plasma of dogs (n = 5) before and after electroacupuncture. Results: The total pressure of esophageal sphincter and the basal pressure (P <0.05), the frequency decreased (P <0.05), the content of plasma SS decreased (P <0.05) P <0.01). The total pressure and basic pressure of the pyloric sphincter in the acupuncture points on the acupoints of the giant acupuncture points were decreased, and the content of plasma NO (P <0.05) increased, but the change trend was not as obvious as that of the Zusanli group. Other groups did not change significantly. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can reduce the pressure and frequency of pylorus in dogs, which may be an important way to control gastrointestinal function by acupuncture. This effect is related to the content of some active substances in the plasma related to the pyloric sphincter pressure and has Certain meridians and acupoints specific.
