更短的在店等待时间,更高的车辆维修质量,更加整洁、有序的车间工作环境……这是每一位进店维修保养客户的期望,但在一汽-大众特许经销商店内却已经变为了现实,而这一切的改变都源自车间升级项目。作为一汽-大众售后服务工作的重中之重,车间升级从2010年初启动至今,随着一批批特许经销商的改造完成,一汽-大众的售后服务体系发生了脱胎换骨的变化,而广大客户对于一汽-大众的售后服务和品牌实力也因此有了全新的认知。
