吉林省西部土地退化严重,磷元素从1980年的0.067%减少至2001年的0.032%,植物中的磷也不断减少。为阐明土壤中磷含量的降低是否是植物磷减少、氮磷比值偏高的直接原因,选取吉林省西部天然草地为研究对象,通过测定土壤的全磷、有效磷,羊草氮、磷的含量,着重分析土壤磷与植物磷间的关系。结果表明:与世界背景值比较吉林省西部土壤有效磷含量低于世界平均水平,高于国内平均水平,羊草中的磷与土壤有效磷具有同样的背景值特征。pH<8.50、pH≥8.50时土壤全磷含量与植物磷含量、氮磷比值均不相关;pH<8.50时土壤有效磷含量与植物磷含量、氮磷比值显著相关,pH≥8.50时与植物磷含量、氮磷比值均不相关。鉴于此,羊草在适宜生长环境下,土壤有效磷与植物磷相关;羊草在不适宜生长环境下,植物的代谢机制受到pH限制,与土壤有效磷含量不具有相关性。

When the pH value was less than 8.50, pH value was 8.50, the content of soil total phosphorus was not related to the content of plant phosphorus and the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus. The content of soil available phosphorus was significantly related to the content of plant phosphorus and the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus at pH <8.50. Content, nitrogen and phosphorus ratio are not related. In view of this, Leymus chinensis is related to plant phosphorus in the suitable growth environment. In the unoptimized environment, the metabolism mechanism of Leymus chinensis is limited by pH, and has no correlation with the available phosphorus in soil.
