内耳眩晕病为神经内科中的常见病,具有发作性眩晕、渐进性波动性听力减退、耳鸣的特点。我科自1995年6月至1999年6月,采用中西医结合方法治疗本病62例,取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 全部病例均符合诊断标准。将全部病例随机分为中西结合组和对照组。中西结合组62例,男29例,女33例;年龄27～51岁;病史在1～48个月,平均13个月。对照组50例,男24例,女26例;年龄26～52岁;病史在1～48个月,平均12个月。1.2 治疗方法 中西结合组:中药以半夏白术天麻汤合泽
Inner ear vertigo is a common disease in neurology, with episodes of dizziness, progressive fluctuations in hearing loss, tinnitus characteristics. Our department from June 1995 to June 1999, the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 62 cases of this disease, and achieved satisfactory results.
