基于制造装备远程监控与维护滞后、高成本现状,提出嵌入式工控主板+DSP结构的嵌入式智能监控与维护单元,并阐述了一种基于此种单元加PLC的典型远程监控与维护系统模型。将其应用于混凝土砌块成型生产线的远程监控系统中,既实现了对设备现场的远程数据采集、处理、特征提取、状态识别,又实现了对生产现场的视、音频信息的远程采集与传输。
Based on the remote monitoring and maintenance of equipment manufacturing lag and high cost, an embedded intelligent monitoring and maintenance unit of embedded industrial control board and DSP architecture is proposed. A typical remote monitoring and maintenance system model based on such unit and PLC is also described. Applying it to the remote monitoring system of concrete block forming line, it not only realizes the remote data acquisition, processing, feature extraction and status identification of the equipment site, but also realizes remote acquisition and transmission of visual and audio information on the production site .
