目的:研究中药联合阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果以及用药安全性,为尽快改善患儿的症状寻找有效的治疗方法.方法:选取2012年1月～2013年1月我院门诊收治的腹泻惠儿80例为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药治疗,观察两组患儿的治疗效果、症状改善情况、不良反应.结果:两组患儿总有效率比较、腹泻、呕吐、尿少、发热改善时间比较、治疗疗程、住院时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:中药联合阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾治疗小儿腹泻临床效果显著,能快速改善患儿临床症状,安全无副反应,值得临床推广使用.“,”Objective:To look into clinical efficacy and medication safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combing amoxicillin cavulanic potassium in treating infantile diarrhea,and to look for therapeutic method for improving the patient\'s symptoms as soon as possible.Methods:Eighty children with diarrhea admitted from January 2012to January 2013admitted by the outpatient service of this hospital were selected as research subject,and they were divided into the controlled group and the observation group according to the different methods of treatment,patients in the controlled group were subject to amoxicillin cavulanic potassium treatment,and patients in the observation group were subject TCM treatment on the basis of that applied on patients in the controlled group,and efficacies,symptom improvements and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The compassion in total effective rate comparison,diarrhea,vomiting,urinary,improvement time,treatment course and the length of hospital stay (P＜ 0.01) of patients in two groups were compared.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combining amoxicillin cavulanic potassium treatment of infantile diarrhea delivers significant efficacies,and it can quickly improve clinical symptoms,is safe without side effects and worthy of clinical promotion and practices.
