将刚断奶的Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠分为两组,一组以缺锌饲料(含锌2.3ppm)饲养;另一组以加锌的对照饲料(含锌50ppm)饲养。然后给予甲基苄基亚硝胺(methylbenzylnitrosamine)诱癌(共17次,2mg/kg体重)。在17周龄时,将动物处死,迅速取出食管,并纵行切开。然后立即将脱落的食管组织以95%乙醇固定,并按帕帕尼科拉乌氏技术染色,食管的大体肿瘤则以解剖显微镜检查。
The weaned Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into two groups, one group was fed zinc-deficient diet (containing 2.3 ppm zinc) and the other group was fed zinc supplemented diet (50 ppm zinc). Then methylbenzylnitrosamine was given to induce cancer (17 times at 2 mg / kg body weight). At 17 weeks of age animals were sacrificed, the esophagus removed rapidly and incised longitudinally. The exfoliated esophageal tissue was immediately fixed with 95% ethanol and stained with Papanicolaoux technique. The gross esophageal tumors were dissected microscopically.
