有研究表明,员工越敬业,公司就越具有创新力,生产效率就越高,赢利能力也更好。然而,有很多企业在加强员工敬业度上表现不佳。与绩效挂钩的奖励制度高度敬业的首要动因与薪酬有关。然而研究表明,重要的不是员工所获薪酬的高低,而是企业如何利用薪酬以及其他形式的奖励和认可,令员工产生自己是企业的重要一分子的感觉。归属感对员工的敬业精神有关键性的影响,其中心理奖励是至关重要的,如对企业的主人翁感、融入感以及坚信自己的工作对于帮助公司实现目标很重要。
Studies have shown that the more dedicated employees are, the more innovative the company is, the more productive it is and its profitability is better. However, many companies have performed poorly in enhancing employee engagement. The primary reason for the high engagement of performance-linked reward systems is related to compensation. However, studies have shown that it is not the level of salary that employees receive, but how companies use their salaries and other forms of rewards and recognition to make employees feel that they are an important part of the company. The sense of belonging has a crucial influence on the professionalism of employees. Psychological rewards are of vital importance, such as the sense of ownership and integration of the company and its conviction that their work is important to help the company achieve its goals.
