现代制浆造纸过程对于纸机白水封闭循环、成纸强度及运行效率等要求越来越高,有效微生物控制方案对于避免由于微生物活动形成的沉积导致纸病、维持正常生产及获得高生产效率尤为重要。目前在生产中常用的杀菌剂主要有氧化性和非氧化性两种,相对于非氧化性杀菌剂,氧化性杀菌剂如次氯酸钠、卤素稳定剂(MCDMH单氯二甲基海因)、卤素胺等具有投加量小、反应效率高等优点,因此得到更多的应用。但长期使用氧化型杀菌剂的纸机都存在一定程度的腐蚀现象,严重时需要更换机械部件,导致较大的经济损失及生产效率损失。找到一种有效微生物控制方案提高生产效率,同时降低纸机系统的腐蚀非常关键。本文重点介绍结合MCDMH和单氯胺优点的具有针对性微生物控制方案及其在纸机上应用效果和减缓腐蚀效果。
Modern pulp and paper making processes are increasingly demanding for paper machine white water closed circulation, paper strength and operating efficiency, and effective microbiological control programs to prevent paper-based disease caused by deposition of microbial activity, maintain normal production and obtain high production efficiency, important. Currently used in the production of biocides are mainly two kinds of oxidizing and non-oxidizing, with respect to non-oxidizing bactericides, oxidizing bactericides such as sodium hypochlorite, halogen stabilizers (MCDMH monochloromethylhydantoin), halogen amine With a small dosage, the advantages of high efficiency, so get more applications. However, long-term use of oxidized bactericides on the paper machine has a certain degree of corrosion, in severe cases need to replace the mechanical parts, resulting in greater economic losses and loss of production efficiency. It is crucial to find an effective microbial control solution to increase production efficiency while reducing corrosion of the paper machine system. This article highlights targeted microbial control programs that combine the benefits of MCDMH with monochloramine and their effectiveness and mitigation of corrosion on paper machines.
