吕耿松指出,中国目前的黑社会性质犯罪组织大致上可分为以下六种类型:劫匪型、打手型、地霸型、欺行霸市型、走私贩毒型、高利放债型。劫匪型这类恶势力以掠财为目的,其手段是赤裸裸的抢劫、掠夺、绑架、敲诈勒索,极其贪婪和凶狠。表面上和一般的盗窃、抢劫团伙相似,但因其有强有力的首领和严格的内部纪律,因而成为一股破坏力极大的黑帮势力。劫匪型黑恶势力最典型的是张君、陈世 Lu Gengsong pointed out that China’s current criminal syndicate organizations can be roughly divided into the following six types: robbery, thugs, to tyrants, domineering, smuggling and drug trafficking, and high interest-earning loans.
