为比较两种动物阴道黏膜对不同受试物刺激敏感性,采用大鼠和家兔阴道黏膜刺激性试验观察黏膜消毒剂及卫生用品刺激反应及病理变化。结果,黏膜消毒剂对家兔与大鼠阴道黏膜刺激试验阳性反应检出率分别为56.3%和15.8%。黏膜消毒剂对大鼠阴道黏膜刺激反应强度均为无刺激性,对家兔阴道黏膜有极轻刺激性者占37.5%;一次性卫生用品对家兔或大鼠阴道黏膜刺激强度分级均为无刺激性。40种产品对动物阴道黏膜组织病理检查病理改变检出率为97.5%;主要病理改变有黏膜下水肿、血管充血及炎细胞浸润等。结论,黏膜消毒剂对大鼠阴道黏膜刺激反应率明显低于家兔的反应率;细胞水平病理组织学检查对评价受试物阴道黏膜组织损伤的程度比较敏感,对受试物的刺激强度易于分级。
To compare the sensitivities of vaginal mucosa to different test substances in two animals, the irritation and pathological changes of mucosal disinfectants and hygiene articles were observed by vaginal mucosal irritation test in rats and rabbits.
