球头销零件,材料多为普通碳素结构钢。传统的成形方法为机加工,它不但浪费大量的材料而且工件力学性能不理想。采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对该球头销的成形过程进行了模拟,对不同直径不同长度的坯料进行了冷镦模拟实验,得出了较为合适的坯料尺寸。
