中央维护系统(CMS)是对飞机系统进行故障诊断和提供维护信息的主要系统,在提高飞机的测试性和维修性方面起着重要的作用。针对CMS实时故障诊断的问题,研究了基于逻辑方程的实时故障诊断方法。分析了CMS故障诊断功能需求,给出了CMS基于逻辑方程故障诊断的实现方法。通过构建逻辑方程规则知识库,提出了优化的匹配查找方法,并与预处理后的BIT信息匹配确定故障,提升了故障诊断效率。最后以飞机发动机电子控制系统的自检信息为例,建立逻辑方程知识库并进行故障诊断,结果表明该方法能快速准确诊断故障信息,为CMS实现故障诊断提供了有效的方案。
The Central Maintenance System (CMS) is the primary system for troubleshooting aircraft systems and providing maintenance information and plays an important role in improving the testability and maintainability of aircraft. In order to solve the problem of CMS real-time fault diagnosis, a real-time fault diagnosis method based on logic equation is studied. The demand of CMS fault diagnosis function is analyzed, and the realization method of CMS fault diagnosis based on logic equation is given. By constructing a knowledge base of rules of logic equations, an optimized matching search method is proposed and matched with the preprocessed BIT information to determine the fault and improve the fault diagnosis efficiency. Finally, taking the self-test information of the aircraft engine electronic control system as an example, the knowledge base of the logic equation is established and the fault diagnosis is made. The results show that this method can quickly and accurately diagnose the fault information and provide an effective solution for the CMS fault diagnosis.
