Thiophanate-1,2-bis (3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-thiourea) benzene and thiophanate-methyl are relatively new systemic fungicides. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the fungicide in vivo on the gonadal and adrenal glands of male mice and on the ability of the prostatic glands to assimilate 3H-testosterone in mice. Topaz and thiophanate-methyl on the 5th voted 295 and 192 mg / kg body weight daily. This dose is about 1/50 (Topaz) and 1/8 (Thiophanate-methyl) in mice with acute oral median lethal doses. The results of these two pesticides on spermatogenesis have not seen any impact. Pair
