企业文化是现代企业管理的前沿,它代表了企业管理发展的新趋势,体现了企业管理的高品位追求,它的传播与发展,对于推进企业深化改革、增强企业综合竞争力有着重要作用。笔者所在华亭煤业集团公司于2008年建立形成了“聚力”企业文化体系,通过近年的建设实践情况看,部分员工对企业文化的认识还存在一些误区,制约着企业文化作用的发挥。本文试对这几个误区作以整理和浅析,力求为企业文化的落地生根起到一定的助推作用。
Corporate culture is the frontline of modern business management. It represents the new trend of enterprise management development, embodies the high quality pursuit of enterprise management, and its dissemination and development plays an important role in promoting the deepening reform of enterprises and enhancing their overall competitiveness. The author Huating Coal Group established in 2008 formed a “cohesion ” enterprise culture system, through the construction practice in recent years, some employees of the corporate culture there are still some misunderstanding, restricting the role of corporate culture play . This article tries to make some analysis and analysis of these misunderstandings, and strives to take root in the corporate culture to some extent.
