企业之间的竞争,知识的创造、利用与增值,最终都要靠知识的载体——知识型员工来实现。激励是企业人力资源管理的一个重要的方面,是指激发人的行为的心理过程。知识型员工的激励作用对企业不言而喻。本文首先介绍了知识型员工概念及特征;其次,对知识型员工激励原则进行了总结;最后,提出了知识型员工激励设计方案。
The competition among enterprises, the creation, utilization and value-added of knowledge ultimately depend on the carrier of knowledge-knowledge workers. Incentives are an important aspect of human resource management in an enterprise and refer to the psychological process that stimulates human behavior. The motivation of knowledge workers on the business self-evident. This paper first introduces the concept and characteristics of knowledge workers; secondly, it summarizes the principle of knowledge workers incentive; Finally, puts forward the incentive plan of knowledge workers.
