以同一种源的细叶楠(Phoebe hui)容器苗为试验材料,对其进行NPK4种不同配比施肥(N:P:K=1:1:1、2:1:1、1:2:1和1:1:2)和3种叶面施肥(0、0.3%硼酸钠和5 mmol/L水杨酸)12种处理,研究其对细叶楠容器苗高生长、耐寒性生理指标和田间耐寒力的影响。结果表明:NPK比例为1:1:1和1:2:1的各自3个处理间,叶面施肥的苗高显著低于不施肥;在所有12个处理中,NPK比例为1:1:1、2:1:1和1:2:1且叶面不施肥的3个处理的苗高与其他处理间的差异达显著性水平。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)性和丙二醛(MDA)含量在不同施肥处理间表现出一定的差异,脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(SS)和可溶性蛋白(SP)含量在NPK 4种比例的各自3个处理间的差异均达到了显著性水平。NPK比例保持不变时,叶面不施肥处理的隶属度显著低于叶面施肥处理,但田间耐寒力指标的差异不显著。本研究表明,N:P:K=1:1:2且叶面喷施5 mmol/L水杨酸的处理为细叶楠容器苗最佳的施肥方式,其容器苗的田间耐寒力最优、苗高生长较高。

Pro, soluble sugar (SS) and soluble Protein (SP) content in NPK 4 kinds of ratio of the three treatments were significant differences between the three levels. NPK proportion remained unchanged, the foliar non-fertilization treatment membership was significantly lower than the foliar fertilizer treatment, but the field of cold tolerance index was not significant. This study showed that N: P: K = 1: 1: 2 and foliar application of 5 mmol / L salicylic acid was the best fertilization method for the container seedlings of Annua tenuiana, and the cold tolerance of container seedlings was the best , Seedling height is higher.
