目的探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2016年8月进行健康体检的人员120例为研究对象,对每例体检人员进行血液采集,采集量为5 ml,分别分配在两支试管中,一支试管进行常规处理送检(常规组),另一支进行人工溶血送检(溶血组),送检过程严格控制质量标准,并由检验科医师采用双盲法筛查相关指标异常的患者。主要观察总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血糖、丙氨酸转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐及血钾等。结果所观察的样品溶血组中丙氨酸转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、血钾及总胆固醇含量高于常规组,碱性磷酸酶低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组三酰甘油、尿素氮、血糖、血尿酸及肌酐等含量进行比较,差异均无统计意义(均P>0.05)。结论在临床生化检验过程中,需采取相应措施预防溶血现象的发生,把控好检验的相关环节,保证检验报告的准确性与真实性,对临床准确诊断疾病起到促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items. Methods From June 2014 to August 2016, 120 cases of health examination were selected as the research objects. Blood samples were collected from each medical examination staff. The collection volume was 5 ml, which were divided into two test tubes. One tube was used for conventional Treatment for inspection (routine group), and the other for artificial hemolysis (hemolysis group), the delivery process to strictly control the quality standards, and by the test physician double-blind screening of patients with abnormal indicators. The main observation of total cholesterol, triglyceride, blood glucose, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, uric acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine and potassium and so on. Results The contents of alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, potassium and total cholesterol in the sample hemolysis group were higher than those in the conventional group and alkaline phosphatase were lower than those in the conventional group (all P <0.05 ). Two groups of triglyceride, urea nitrogen, blood glucose, serum uric acid and creatinine were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the course of clinical biochemical tests, corresponding measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of hemolysis. The control links should be checked and the accuracy and authenticity of the test reports should be guaranteed. This will contribute to the clinical diagnosis of diseases.
