目的:确定银杏叶提取物(GBE)与大豆磷脂形成复合物的最佳工艺。方法:以银杏总黄酮与大豆磷脂的复合率为评估标准,采用单因素考察进行系统研究,对所制得的复合物进行DSC分析,并测定其在不同pH水溶液中的表观油水分配系数。结果:该制备方法的复合率达99%以上,研究表明磷脂复合物明显改善了银杏总黄酮的脂溶性。结论:GBE磷脂复合物的形成受反应溶剂和反应物料比例的影响较大;复合物的脂溶性较提取物明显提高。
Objective: To determine the best process for the formation of complexes between Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) and soybean phospholipids. Methods: The compound ratio of Ginkgo biloba total flavonoids and soybean phospholipids was used as the evaluation standard. Single factor investigations were conducted to systematically study the DSC analysis of the obtained composites and determine the apparent oil-water partition coefficient in different pH aqueous solutions. RESULTS: The compounding rate of the preparation method was more than 99%. The study showed that the phospholipid complex significantly improved the fat-soluble properties of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids. Conclusion: The formation of GBE phospholipid complex is greatly influenced by the ratio of reaction solvent and reaction material; the lipid solubility of the complex is significantly higher than that of the extract.
