采用拉延筋模拟试验机测试了板材厚度对摩擦系数测量值的影响,并提出了摩擦系数的修正方法。试验结果表明,板材厚度将使固定拉延筋试样在成形过程中承受不同的变形力,进而影响到最终的摩擦系数值。利用拉延筋模拟试验机进行摩擦系数的测定应该剔除该部分变形力的影响,并且指出相近厚度板材之间的摩擦系数比较更具有现实意义。
The influence of sheet thickness on the measurement of friction coefficient was tested by drawbead simulation test machine and the correction method of friction coefficient was proposed. The test results show that the thickness of the plate will make the sample of the fixed drawbead withstand different deformation forces during the forming process, which will affect the final value of the friction coefficient. The use of drawbead simulation testing machine for the determination of friction coefficient should be removed from the impact of the part of the deformation force, and pointed out that the similar thickness between the friction coefficient more practical significance.
