本文在严格标识强、弱势花的条件下通过称重方法,研究了藤系138和秋光两品种同一穗上强、弱势粒的干重积累过程与子粒含水率的动态变化。结果表明,强势花在开花后迅速增重,待强势粒增重高峰下降后,弱势粒才相应出现高峰,并有阶段灌浆现象;抽穗后水稻子粒含水率动态过程可分为缓慢下降、迅速下降、平稳下降三个时期;子粒含水率与灌浆速率呈单峰偏态曲线,在子粒含水率50%~55%时段灌浆速率出现最大值,子粒停止灌浆的临界含水率为20%左右。
In this paper, under the condition of strict identification of strong and weak flowers, the dynamic changes of dry weight accumulation and grain moisture content of the strong and weak grains on the same ear of Fujitake 138 and Akihikari were studied by weighing method. The results showed that the strong flowers increased rapidly after flowering. After the peak of strong grain weight decreased, the inferior grains appeared the peak correspondingly, and there was a stage of grouting. After heading, the dynamic process of rice grain moisture content could be divided into slow decline and rapid decline , The grain water cut-off rate and grain filling rate showed a single-peak skewed curve, and the maximum grain filling rate appeared at 50% -55% of grain moisture content, and the critical water content of grain stopping grouting was about 20%.
