研制了一种基于50μm厚度的LCP基板的低损耗、高带外抑制的宽带柔性滤波器。此柔性滤波器采用一段均匀微带线连接4对开路、短路枝节结构,通带频率为5~11 GHz,带内插入损耗优于1.9 dB,当频率高于15GHz时,滤波器在很宽的频率范围内均具有高于40 dB的带外抑制。同时对比了滤波器在不同弯曲状态下的仿真及实测S参数,结果显示此柔性滤波器的性能对结构弯曲并不敏感,这表明它将在柔性电路应用中有很大的发展前景。
A low-loss, high-band-rejection broadband flexible filter based on a 50μm-thick LCP substrate has been developed.
