DG-1 型高温导热系数测定仪是根据傅立叶单向度平壁导热原理研制成的。该仪器主要由供电系统、单方向加热炉和蒸汽量热装置三部分组成。量热装置的底盘放置隔热环,底盘的上表面设有汽泡发生膜,可以保证通过试材中心测试段的热流能单向而迅速地以汽泡形式传给取热桶。该仪器适于测定耐火、绝热与保温材料的高温导热系数、散热强度和热阻,高温面温度可达 1400°C,测定一种试材的λ值只需1.5~3小时,累计误差小于6.5%。性能稳定,操作方便,便于制造。
