异彩纷呈的中西方企业文化理论关于企业文化的概念,国内外学者有许多不同的认识和表达。美国学者约翰.P.科特认为:“企业文化是指一个企业中各个部门,至少是企业高层管理者们所共同拥有的那些企业价值观念和经营实践,实质企业中一个分部的各个职能部门或地处不同地理环境的部门所拥有的那种共同的文化现象。”中国企业文化研究会常务理事长张大中认为:企业文化是一种新的现代企业管理理论,企业要真正步入市场,走出一条发展较快、效益较好、整体素质不断提高、使经济协调发展的路子,就必须普及和深化企业文化建设。
