研究了在20MnSi钢中添加高氮钒合金Nitrovan12对钢的力学性能的影响。结果表明,在钒含量相同的情况下,添加Nitrovan12 的钢,抗拉强度可提高135 MPa,屈服强度可提高117.5 MPa;在保持强度相同或相近的情况下,添加Nitrovan12 的钢可节约33.3 % 以上的钒。钢中添加Nitrovan12合金,充分利用了廉价的氮元素,促进了V(C,N)的析出,提高了钒的沉淀强化效果。研制出可满足Ⅲ级钢筋技术指标要求的经济型建筑用钢筋。
The effect of adding high nitrogen vanadium alloy Nitrovan 12 on the mechanical properties of steel was investigated in 20MnSi steel. The results show that with the same vanadium content, the addition of Nitrovan 12 can increase the tensile strength by 135 MPa and the yield strength by 117.5 MPa with the addition of Nitrovan 12 at the same or similar strength More than 3% vanadium.
