采用火焰喷涂方法在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了铝涂层,为提高涂层的致密性和耐蚀性,对其进行了后续热处理和封闭处理,并对涂层的耐蚀性和结合力进行了测试。研究结果表明,镁合金经热喷铝涂层保护,其腐蚀电位可以得到提高,且铝涂层较裸镁有微弱的钝化效果。当铝涂层经热扩散、环氧树脂或硅烷封闭进一步处理,腐蚀电位得到更大程度的提高;采用硅烷溶液和环氧树脂封闭处理后,镁合金的耐蚀性性能得到了极大的提高;喷铝涂层有较好的抗冲击性和热震性,与基体结合良好。
Aluminum coating was prepared on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy by flame spraying. In order to improve the compactness and corrosion resistance of the coating, heat treatment and sealing treatment were carried out on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The corrosion resistance and cohesion of the coating were also studied test. The results show that the corrosion potential of magnesium alloy can be enhanced by thermal sprayed aluminum coating, and the passivation effect of aluminum coating is faint compared with bare magnesium. When the aluminum coating is thermally diffused and further treated with epoxy resin or silane, the corrosion potential is greatly enhanced. The corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy has been greatly improved after the silane solution and the epoxy resin are sealed ; Sprayed aluminum coating has good impact resistance and thermal shock resistance, and the substrate with a good combination.
