目的:测定不同季节的绞股蓝、广西绞股蓝和五柱绞股蓝中的总皂苷、总黄酮和矿质元素的含量,以了解其变化规律。方法:采用分光光度测定法在550 nm处测定皂苷吸光度,在510 nm处测定黄酮吸光度,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定试样的矿质元素。结果:在4~11月的生长发育季节内,3种绞股蓝均表现为先上升后下降的变化规律,总皂苷含量在9月最高,总黄酮含量在7月或8月最高。3种植物的K含量在营养生长期高于花果期,Ca在花果期高于营养生长期,S在生长发育后期呈上升趋势。结论:绞股蓝属植物的采收期可安排在8~9月,广西绞股蓝的总皂苷含量和微量元素含量均较高,开发利用价值大。
Objective: To determine the contents of total saponin, total flavonoids and mineral elements in Gynostemma pentaphylla, Gynostemma pentaphylla and Gynostemma pentaphylla in different seasons to understand its variation. Methods: The absorbance of saponin was determined by spectrophotometry at 550 nm. The absorbance of flavonoids was measured at 510 nm. The mineral elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Results: During the growth and development season from April to November, all the three species of Gynostemma pentaphyllum showed the first increase and then the decrease, the content of total saponin was the highest in September and the content of total flavonoids was the highest in July or August. The content of K in the three species of plants was higher than that in the flowering and fruiting phases during the vegetative growth period, while Ca was higher in the flowering and fruiting phases than in the vegetative and the latter in the late growth and development. Conclusion: The harvest time of Gynostemma can be arranged from August to September. The contents of total saponins and trace elements in Gynostemma pentaphyllum are higher, and the value of exploitation and utilization is higher.
