本文主要针对有杆抽油泵的进口尾管区段是油、气、水混合液往复循环的相对低压区,造成有杆抽油泵进口供液的不稳定态势。这种不稳定态势导致抽油泵的泵效降低。因此,从提高泵效的角度入手,研发了流线型节能助抽装置,该装置通过动能与势能的转换,减少能量损失提高做功效果的工作原理,实现了抽油泵助抽增液的作用,有效的弥补了抽油泵的薄弱环节。并对2口井进行了现场试验,均取得了较好的效果。这也为高含水井、措施井、低沉没度油井提高泵效提供了一种有效的方法。
