叙述了适用于20钢零件化学沉积非晶态镍磷合金镀层的原理、镀液成分及时效工艺的优选。研究了非晶态镍磷合金层的组织结构、时效过程中脱溶分解的规律和镀层的硬度变化与耐磨性。根据组织和性能的特征,提出了化学沉积镍磷合金镀层表面强化的新工艺。
The principle of chemical depositing amorphous nickel-phosphorus alloy coating on 20 steel parts is described, and the optimal plating solution composition and aging process are described. The structure of amorphous Ni-P alloy layer, the law of dissolution and decomposition during aging and the hardness change and abrasion resistance of the coating were studied. According to the characteristics of microstructure and properties, a new technology of surface strengthening of electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings was proposed.
