将 5种铸态 Ti Al置于 70 0℃~ 10 0 0℃静止空气中断续氧化 10 0 h。采用 XRD和SEM/ EDS分析技术 ,观察分析了 Ti Al氧化后的表面形貌、相组成及分布状况。结果表明 :氧化产物主要为金红石型 R- Ti O2 和刚玉型α - Al2 O3;低温、短时氧化时 ,氧化产物呈混合形式存在 ;高温、长时氧化时 ,在混合氧化物之外易形成纯 R- Ti O2 晶体层
Five kinds of as-cast TiAl were placed in a still air at 70 0 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ for 10 h. The surface morphology, phase composition and distribution of TiAl after oxidation were observed and analyzed by XRD and SEM / EDS. The results show that the products of oxidation are mainly rutile R-Ti O2 and corundum type α - Al2 O3. When the products are oxidized at low temperature and short time, the products of oxidation exist in mixed form. When they are oxidized at high temperature and long time, they are easily formed outside the mixed oxides Pure R-Ti O2 crystal layer
