目的观察与分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器B-D测试结果,根据测试结果做出正确判断和分析,提高B-D测试准确率,有效检测脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器真空性能与冷空气排除效果,保障灭菌质量安全。方法对2011年1月—2012年12月B-D实验的结果进行分析,针对导致不合格的影响因素逐步整改。具体从设备检查维护、供汽和供水、测试包及B-D实验技术操作方面进行改进。计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果整改前测试合格率82.39%,整改后合格率98.46%。整改前后合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不合格原因,泄漏23次、温度传感器和压力传感器17次、蒸汽质量12次、B-D包质量4次;整改后整改前泄漏3次、蒸汽质量1次、B-D包质量1次。结论 B-D测试失败应迅速查找原因,解决处理后尽早进行复测。测试结果受设备因素影响以及人为因素影响,消毒供应中心应加强工作人员的技术培训、规范操作、完善设备的维护保养、及时排除故障,确保灭菌质量与安全。
OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the BD test results of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and to make the correct judgment and analysis according to the test results to improve the accuracy of BD test and effectively detect the vacuum performance of pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and the effect of cold air exclusion, Quality and safety of bacteria. Methods The results of B-D experiment from January 2011 to December 2012 were analyzed and the corrective factors leading to the unqualified were gradually corrected. Specifically from the equipment inspection and maintenance, steam and water supply, test kits and B-D experimental technical improvements. Count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results before the rectification test pass rate of 82.39%, after the rectification pass rate of 98.46%. Before and after the rectification rate of qualified difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Leaks 23 times, temperature sensor and pressure sensor 17 times, steam quality 12 times, B-D package quality 4 times; rectification leak 3 times before rectification, steam quality 1 time, B-D package quality 1 time. Conclusion B-D test failure should quickly find the cause, to resolve the retest as soon as possible after treatment. The test results are affected by the equipment factors and human factors. The disinfection supply center should strengthen the technical training of staff, standardize the operation, improve the equipment maintenance, timely troubleshooting and ensure the quality and safety of sterilization.
