本文通过正常兔与四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病兔3天、14天、28天血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原和血液流变学测定比较,发现糖尿病兔3天即出现血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度显著升高(P<0.01),28天后,除上述变化处,还原粘度、聚集指数、全血粘度显著升高(P<0.01).表明糖尿病兔早期即出现血液流变学异常变化。为此,及早控制糖尿病以及由此引起的慢性并发症有积极意义。
In this paper, normal rabbits and alloxan induced diabetic rabbits 3 days, 14 days, 28 days of blood glucose, serum lipids, fibrinogen and hemorheology measured and found that three days after the onset of diabetic rabbit blood glucose, blood lipids, fibrinogen, plasma Viscosity increased significantly (P <0.01).
