我校是外来民工子弟学校,每学期都有流动儿童转入,这些学生由于家庭贫困,学前教育和家庭教育缺失,又在异乡求学,导致他们自卑,缺乏自信。从儿童心理发展的角度来看,这不仅影响到他们正常完成学业,而且影响他们的身心健康发展。作为教师,要想方设法让这些孩子健康快乐地成长,让自信的阳光洒满他们的心田。 Our school is a school for migrant children, and every semester there are migrant children.
