为了无间隙地传动轴的旋转,苏联机械制造工艺设计院研制了浮动联轴节(见图示)。它包括有端面槽的两个半联轴器7和9、带两个十字形排列突出部6的中间衬铁8、由弹簧4径向平衡的小球2和5、在半联轴器的切线孔内成对安装的支撑1和3。在主动半联轴器7旋转时,扭矩通过上、下两支撑1和小球2传给衬铁8,再经过左、右两支撑3传给从动半联轴器9。
In order to rotate shaft without clearance, the Soviet Union Institute of mechanical manufacturing technology developed a floating coupling (see picture). It comprises two half-couplings 7 and 9 with end grooves, an intermediate backing 8 with two cross-shaped projections 6, balls 2 and 5 radially balanced by a spring 4, Paired mounting bracing 1 and 3 in the tangential hole.
