一、概况我厂自生产20~25 MnSi螺纹钢筋以来,每年均有小部分产品出现螺纹钢冷弯脆断。为了保证产品质量,采集了从1985年1~8月份我厂第二轧钢车间轧制的20~25MnSi钢筋944炉,共计9440个数据,进行数理统计分析。二、统计方法与结果分别以冶炼分析的碳含量为基准,对Si,Mn,σ_s,σ_b,δ_5等进行数理统计,并设统计子样服从正态分布。统计中舍弃了81个异常数据,舍弃异常数据中采用了Chauvent法,该法简便,精度满足要求。对某些舍弃的数据亦采用Grubbs法进行复算,结果是一致
